Fishing took place over a continual 5 day period to get the best out of the last days of summer and just prior to the young people returning to their various schools -4th September 2012. We had intended to run a competition on the last day but the weather was again so appalling that this was called off and only those most dedicated to fishing from those available attended. These young people put up with horrendous weather but stuck at it and were rewarded with the sun finally appearing for a great day had by all. Several other members came along later with a few eight and nine year olds participating and catching.
