Members of Clitheroe Youth have now put together a filmed statement to the Heritage Lottery as part of the proposed bid for the Forest of Bowland Memorial project 'We Shall Remember Them'. Other parts of the bid are now being finalised with the Lancashire County Council having now signed the Partnership agreement form. Agreements are now in place with many and varied organisations for this project.
