We are delighted to announce that Clitheroe Youth Forum were invited to the High Sheriff Awards at Police Headquarters, Hutton, Lancashire on Tuesday 26th March. Max Hickling was also invited in his own right having won the Lancashire Clubs for Boys and Girls Junior Member of the Year.
Our group were highly commended for our World War Two project. Max Hickling received a commended award.
A photograph appeared in the Lancashire Evening Telegraph of several of our members who were able to attend the award ceremony. A wonderful hot pot supper and cakes were then enjoyed by everyone who attended.
