On Thursday 17th November at the Red Brick Theatre in Blackburn Clitheroe Youth were awarded the Lancashire Association of Boys and Girls Club Participation shield for gaining the most points throughout 2010 for taking part in so many activities ranging from pool, snooker, football, summer camps, snowboarding and many other positive, healthy and challenging activities.
Thomas Stirzaker also collected his Junior Member of the Year Award. Maisy Whipp was in the final 5 from across Lancashire in the junior section and did really well although not quite enough to beat a young singer from Blackburn and two dancers from Blackpool who came second.
A really positive evening.
