We are delighted to announce that five of our lads have been selected for the England Clubs for Young People Trials (Under 16) and these will take place at Bolton on Tuesday 25th October. Lancashire Clubs have shortlisted these lads and others from across the county. Those that are selected will go abroad before Christmas for further training and the actual competition will take place next June at Durham when England will take on Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The lads taking part are Zac Robinson, Thomas Stirzaker, James Barnes, Jordan Rawcliffe and Jordan Atkinson.
Thomas Stirzaker (goalkeeper) following the trials at Bolton was invited to Leicester on Saturday 29th October. Still several weeks before the squad to represent England is selected!
